Our Programs

JMCAP offers several assistance programs that service several areas within our community. JMCAP has been providing services to families to positively impact the entire community for over 30 years. All programs are free to qualified persons.

GROCERY PROGRAM

Supplemental groceries are provided for eligible individuals and families each week through partnerships and regular donations of food from local vendors. Nutritious perishable and non-perishable foods are offered. Groceries are available for individuals who have diet restrictions and some dietary limitations.

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE

The JMCAP emergency program has limited funds available for qualified families for rental and utility assistance. Appointments must be made with executive director Monday-Friday 9am-2pm.

TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM

Transportation is provided for individuals to doctor appointments, and shopping centers by a driver employed by the agency. Individuals must contact the agency to request transportation services.

CAREER CLOTHES CLOSET
JMCAP sponsors a clothing closet for those who may need career clothes for interviews and who are entering or re-entering the job market.
