James Mott Community Assistance Program, Inc. (JMCAP) is a 501(c)(3) community-based non-profit organization. In partnership with Fairfax County Department of Housing and Community Development and Skill Source, JMCAP offers assistance to individuals and families in Fairfax County and helps them toward a path of self-sufficiency to create greater individual and family independence.
COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Provide families with goals to focus on self-sufficiency that will create individual and family independence. The agency advocates prevention and early crisis intervention to nurture the safety, health, and well-being of low-income youth, adults and the elderly in at-risk communities.
A gift of $25 will purchase diabetic foods for a week for one person
A gift of $500 allows a family who may be facing eviction to remain in their home
James Mott Community Assistance Program, Inc. welcomes professional and non-professional volunteers to help us help others in the Fairfax County, Virginia, community. JMCAP is also a proud member of Volunteer Fairfax.
